THE GIRLS CENTER · ROUTINE GUIDE
How to choose a home workout
Use time, equipment and source information to choose a Girls Center video for your day.
A useful first choice is a workout you can actually make space for today. The library lets you narrow the catalogue without assuming that a shorter title, a familiar body-area label or a result claim tells you everything about the session.
Start with time and setup.
Filter by the video length you have room for, then allow extra time for preparation and pauses. The duration is the original video runtime. It is not a measurement of how long you personally need to finish.
Next, choose equipment that matches your space. Chair, Wall, Couch and Bed / mat describe setup information drawn from the source. No equipment is used only when the source explicitly states it. Not specified means there is not enough information to confidently assign an equipment category. Preview the routine before treating that as “nothing required.”
Read a focus as a label, not a promise.
Muscle-group filters help you find videos about a body area. They do not promise fat loss from that area. Original YouTube titles sometimes make appearance or timeline claims; the library preserves those titles so you can identify the source, without adopting them as a guarantee.
Difficulty is deliberately left unspecified where the channel does not provide a clear level. A brief routine can still involve movements you find challenging. Open the workout page, check the description and preview the starting positions before deciding to follow along.
Keep your next choice simple.
Save a workout to My List when you would like to find it again. You can build a small shortlist of routines that suit your available time and equipment, rather than saving the entire library. Guest saves belong to the current browser. A free Google account keeps your own list available across devices; signing in does not copy guest saves from a shared device.
If you want a sequence already laid out, compare the free programs instead. Each program page lists all of its sessions and full recovery days before you join.
