Every library entry is linked to The Girls Center’s verified source channel. Verification here means matching the channel ID from YouTube’s public metadata; it does not claim a YouTube verification badge.

Video titles, thumbnails and descriptions are the original YouTube copy. Some contain appearance or timeline claims; they are not guarantees made by this website. Exercise does not selectively remove fat from a chosen body area. The curated programs focus on practice and consistency.
Your data
As a guest, saved workouts and completed days stay in this browser’s local storage until cleared. They are visible to other people using the same browser. Signing in never imports guest data.
A Google account shares your verified email, name and account identifier. This website stores those details with your saved workouts and program progress in a separate Cloudflare D1 database. A necessary secure session cookie lasts up to 30 days; signing out revokes that session. Sign-in attempt records expire after 10 minutes; rate-limit records expire after an hour and are cleaned on subsequent sign-in attempts.
Account records and progress remain until removal is requested. For a data access or deletion request, contact [email protected], the business contact listed on the official channel. Account identity must be verified before any request is acted on.
Site activity notifications
When operational alerts are enabled, new account creation and program saves send an event, program name when applicable, timestamp and approximate country to the owner through Telegram. The country comes from Cloudflare network metadata and may be inaccurate, particularly with a VPN. These alerts exclude your name, email, account identifier and IP address. Guest activity remains local. Delivery records are retained in Cloudflare and messages in the owner’s Telegram channel until deleted.
YouTube & third parties
Thumbnails load from YouTube. Selecting “Load YouTube player” contacts YouTube and loads an embedded player. YouTube may show ads and process usage data under its own policies. You can instead open the original video on YouTube. This site does not promise ad-free YouTube playback.
The TDEE calculator does not transmit or store measurements. No advertising scripts, payment service, email collection or camera challenge are enabled. The AdSense account tag and ads.txt are ownership and publisher verification, not ad placements. Cloudflare may provide traffic statistics for this website; see Cloudflare’s privacy information. Optional email signup will remain unavailable until an email service and a consent flow are configured.
Programs & movement
Programs are newly curated schedules, not existing official channel calendars. They are intended for adults and are not individualized exercise prescriptions. Difficulty and equipment are stated only where supported by the source. Watch the movements before starting, take breaks and stop if a movement causes pain.
Account availability
Free Google accounts support saved workouts and program progress. Account availability is checked when you open My space.
